Freediving

THE DIFFERENT DISCIPLINES OF APNEA IN A POOL :
Static Apnea : It is about holding your breath as long as possible. This is always done lying on the surface, without moving. It can also be practiced "dry", out of the water. It is a discipline that is practiced in competition.
Dynamic Apnea : It is the longest fully immersed distance, with or without fins. This is a competitive discipline.
THE DIFFERENT DISCIPLINES OF DEEP APNEA:
Constant weight : It is a descent and ascent along a rope with the sole force of the fins. The ballast does not vary, i.e. you go down with your lead belt and go up with it. This is a competitive discipline.
Conditions
- This activity is open to adults in good physical condition
- A medical certificate of no contraindication to diving or apnea valid for less than six months at the time of registration and renewable annually
- For experienced freedivers, an evaluation is required from our instructor
